1. Leadership is Influence
- You are a leader
You know that you are a leader in your capacity
The important thing is that how you become a Godly leader
Principle of a leader
1. Identification
- Be comfortable with yourself
- Be comfortable with who you are
- Know who you are
- Be what God wants you to be
God created you to become a unique individual
There are some threats about becoming who you are
- Comparing
- Copying
These threats can lead to
- depress, because you will find somebody else always better than you
- Cockyness, because you will find yourself better that everybody else
See Jesus, He said:
- I am the light of the world
- I am Son of God
- I am the way, the truth and life
- I am the bread of life

2. Clarification
- Know the direction (be strategic) Mat 10:16
- Know what to do in your life John 8:14
- Know what your purpose for life

3. Motivation
- Know whoe you need to please ( you can't please everyone, focus )
- Know when to say yes, when to say no ( so you can give / provide the best )
- Know that God likes you
- Don't try to get approval from other ( my past mistake :), you don't need their approvale to be happy
- Get approval from God
- Live for an audience of one (Jesus) John 17:4

4. Collaboration
- You live in a community
- Beside being leader to yourself, you need to be a leader among others
- You can't be leader if no one is following you
- We need each other Mark 3:14
- Small group better
- God never blessed a 1 man show
- Jesus Himself need companion
- We need friends Mat 26:38
- Especially when you have a tough time
