If you are single, getting married or staying single is not a matter
of right or wrong. However, staying single is better under the
circumstances if you meet the qualifications because the single person
is able to have a single minded devotion to Christ

qualifications:
1. you have to have gift of singleness (can accept the idea of not
getting married now)
2. have self control to live a sexually pure lifestyle (:5)

circumstances
(:29-31) Life is short. Life between 1st advent and 2nd advent.
Graceful relationship must be established before 2nd advent.

entanglement (:32-35)
opportunity to have a single minded devotion to Christ

Married
you have obligation to fulfill the need of your spouse
how to divide time of devotion to Christ and to spouse (vertical and
horizontal relationship)
how to make commitment to Christ and to spouse

Which one are you?

Bottom line:
Whether you are single or married, if you are captivated by being
fully devoted to God and live according to His way, you will have a
great and wonderful life.
